We are accountable for our performance and it will be measured against our Health, Safety and Environmental Management Performance Standards. Safety and Environmental audits will be conducted on a regular basis to monitor our third party compliance with the Standards, assess performance and identify areas where improvements or training are needed. We will comply with the intent and specific requirements of all laws and regulations relating to health, safety and the environment.
